LAHORE: The city police is fully prepared for jihad against terrorism and will take every possible step to protect the life and property of the citizens, Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Pervaiz Rathore said in an open court . The CCPO directed police officers to ensure stern surveillance of bazaars, markets, schools and colleges and other crowded places in the city. He directed them to keep a watchful eye on banks, money changers, financial institutions, petrol pumps, important offices and industrial units in their areas. He said the elimination of terrorism was a national responsibility and directed the city police to work with dedication and commitment.

I think people should also cooperate with the government rather them creating problems during the security checks.
